The Au Sable River Valley Business Association’s Spring General Membership Meeting was held this past Tuesday, at a beautiful setting by the AuSable Acres Lake Eaton Pavilion. While it was a bit of a chilly evening, we were lucky the rain that was forecasted didn’t materialize. Thank you to everyone that attended, it was great to see you and spend the evening with you, we appreciate your support.
We were pleased to see a good turnout and wonderful participation; it made the evening that much more successful. We were eager to share with you all that we’ve done to date and what we have coming up soon. ARVBA continues to grow, 39 current members, and we just kicked off a membership drive, mailing 28 local businesses and informing them about ARVBA, who we are, what we do, etc. – hope to see a couple of new members from that effort.
Special thanks to Eileen Mowrey-Floss and Michelle Clement from ROOST, who joined us and shared some very helpful information – especially the Enhanced listing perk offered to ARVBA members on the new Whiteface Region Website being launched soon – be sure to take advantage of that exposure opportunity. If you haven’t received the email with link from Eileen to provide your business information, please reach out to Eileen Mowrey-Floss at firstname.lastname@example.org and let her know. Eileen is our new Whiteface region representative at ROOST, feel free to reach out to her and introduce yourself and your business.
